Surprisingly, hypnosis is indeed real. Conversely, it’s rather different from what you may have seen in the media or movies.

Hypnosis is a trance-like mental, brain state. When under hypnosis, you have a higher level of focus and concentration within your inner thoughts. You feel tranquil and calm, which helps you block outer distractions and focus entirely on specific thoughts, visualizations, or feelings.

Hypnosis is regarded as a safe alternative solution that may help with a broad range of circumstances and ailments. Hypnosis is frequently called hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion. Examples of the things people get hypnotherapy for include weight loss, stress reduction, pain management, and quitting smoking.

While listening to hypnosis audios, an individual stays awake but frequently experiences a reduced awareness of what’s happening outside of oneself while focusing on specific internal visualizations. While in a trance-like state, a person is more open to suggestions, which clarifies why hypnosis can be effective as a form of therapy to increase positive behavior.

Even though people who receive hypnotherapy are more open to suggestions, they still retain their free will. Hypnosis doesn’t cause people to lose control over their behavior. Unlike things you may have seen in the media, a hypnotherapist can’t make you do things you don’t want to do.

Close your eyes for a moment if you’d like to experience a mini meditation to learn, first hand if you can be hypnotized…

Relaxing all of your body now…

Allowing any stress or tension to melt away…

Taking deep breaths…

Inhaling in relaxation…

Exhaling any tension, worry or concerns…

Feeling your body get very relaxed now…

That’s it…

You’re feeling very relaxed from head to toe as you listen to the sound of my voice…

I’m going to walk you through questions you can answer for yourself as to whether you can be hypnotized or not…

You can pay attention to how many yes answers you have, if you’d like to…

There are 7 questions I’m going to ask you while you are in this peaceful, relaxing, meditative state…

1.    When you imagine something specific, are you able to create a vivid picture of it in your mind?

2.    If you imagine biting into a freshly cut, sour juicy lemon, are you able to experience a physical response, like saliva in your mouth?

3.    Can you focus on something for 20 minutes or longer?

4.    Do you often daydream in the middle of the day for no reason?

5.    Are you able to maintain focus when there are distractions around you?

6.    If you hear someone describe a fearful experience they went through, do you feel or sense the emotional or physical responses of being afraid?

7.    When someone talks about physically being cold or chilled, do you feel the sensations of getting or feeling chills?

Did you answer more than half the questions with a yes answer?

If so, that means you are highly hypnotizable, and the results of receiving weight loss hypnosis would happen more quickly for you, as you listen each night before you go to sleep.

If you answered no to more than half the videos you are still hypnotizable, however, this is not a problem.

You may need to listen for a more extended period of time, such as each night for several weeks or more.

All that’s needed is to be extra diligent with listening to weight loss hypnosis audios, such as the Think Thin Weight Loss Hypnosis Sessions™ you can find at MoreLifeFreedom.com.
