There are no returns or exchanges for any Chocolate or baked goods because they are perishable.

Because our baked goods are perishable, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to make it right!

Please double-check the shipping address. Did you include apartment/suite number? Is your street labeled correctly (St, Ln, Blvd, Bdg)? Is your zip code correct? No shipping or return fees are granted if your package is returned from an error in the shipping address entered when you ordered.

If your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us (pictures helpful). We will file a claim with USPS. If claims are accepted, you will be refunded the amount of the item(s). USPS does not refund shipping. We do our best to package items carefully to prevent damage from occurring.

 

Shipping Policies

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. During peak holidays, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process. All orders ship USPS Priority Mail, which includes $50 insurance.

Expected (not guaranteed) delivery is typically 2-3 days for the United States after shipment and 2 weeks International. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number through email.

We package items efficiently.  If you order more than one item, we will package items together to save on shipping costs.

All items are handmade to order to guarantee your items arrive as fresh as possible.

Returns for Hypnosis Weight Loss Membership

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We realize that not every product works equally well for everybody, so if you find that your purchase does not achieve what you wanted, contact us to let us know within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will refund you in full. This guarantee is restricted to one order per customer.

Our support team will normally deal with your refund request within 24 hours. If you have not received a reply from us after 48 hours, please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes legitimate emails get put there by mistake. If you haven’t had a response, please contact us again, making sure your contact email address is entered correctly.

Please note that if you paid by card, although refunds normally go through instantly, they can occasionally take up to 10 days to show on your card statement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
