AIP stands for Autoimmune Protocol, which is a specialized version of a Paleo diet with a greater focus on nutrient density and even stricter guidelines for which foods should be eliminated such as: nuts & seeds, eggs, legumes, grains, nightshades and dairy. This meal plan includes nutrient-rich, delicious and easy meals that follow the AIP guidelines. Great for people with autoimmune diseases, gut-healing protocol, elimination diet or Paleo.
What is the GAPs Diet Meal Plan?
GAPS stands for Gut and Psychology Syndrome which is a temporary healing diet combined with lifestyle changes. This protocol addresses the three underlying factors in a myriad of diseases: leaky gut, gut flora imbalance, and nutrient deficiencies.

The Whole 30 diet excludes all refined sugar, grains, dairy (with the exception of ghee) and legumes. This diet includes an abundance of fruit and vegetables and moderate portions of protein such as chicken, eggs, beef, and fish. This meal plan will help increase energy levels and decrease inflammation. It’s all whole ingredients and nothing processed! This eating pattern is not meant to be long term, but rather a short term solution to help you identify triggers that might be causing digestive distress.
